Assessment

Psychological assessment usually involves a process of collecting information and making a judgement about someone in relation to a large group of people. Psychological assessment is a process of testing that uses a combination of techniques to help arrive at some hypotheses about a person and their behaviour, personality and/or capabilities. Psychological assessment is also referred to as psychological testing, or performing a psychological battery on a person.

My aim is to take the information gathered from the assessment and weave it into a comprehensive and complete picture of the person being tested. My recommendations are based on all the assessment results and from discussions with the individual and caregivers if it is a child I am assessing. The assessment is never focused on a single test score or number. Every person has a range of competencies that can be evaluated through a number of methods.

Assessments include

Career Assessments,

Personality Assessments,

Social-Emotional Assessments and

Cognitive Assessments.
